Located in the Central Valley of California and being in close proximity to multiple national parks, I started hiking almost every weekend. This eventually led to backpacking and being more outdoorsy in general with my Black Labrador, Jackie. Also, began running and reading out of pure boredom and turned out to like it. These hobbies became habitual, running with Jackie and reading each night before bed.
